Newlyweds Georgia Love and Lee Elliot have taken to Instagram to show off their $1.3million Melbourne home.

Three months after purchasing their (bachie) pad, the pair have finally received the keys and made the big move.

Naturally, they have given fans a glimpse into their fancy new digs.

Georgia and Lee met on a drama-filled season of The Bachelorette Australia in 2016 and tied the knot in March 2021.

On Thursday Lee shared a sweet video to his Instagram stories of Georgia entering their new townhouse.

“Honey, we’re home! @georgialove,” he captioned a snap of the couples doormat which reads: “The Elliots EST. 2021.”

He followed the doormat snap with a video of Georgia leading the way through the doorway and into their modern abode.

Whilst the home is not yet furnished, we are sure it will turn out every bit as stylish as Georgia and Lee themselves.

The couple were greeted by a giant balloon which read: “Welcome home Lee, Georgia & Pawdry.”

Pawdry is the 33-year-old’s beloved cat.

Georgia’s Untimely Covid Infection

Move-in day came only days after Georgia revealed on she had overcome her Coronavirus infection.

On January 3rd, Georgia took to Instagram, posting a snap of her positive rapid antigen test.

A week later, she uploaded an Instagram Reel wearing PJs from her clothing line Love Georgia Elliot. Snapping her fingers, Georgia changes into a LBD and symbolises her freedom from the dreaded Covid isolation.

“She’s covid-free and leaving the house baby,” she captioned the video.

The Move Has Been Months in The Making For Georgia and Lee

Georgia and Lee announced they had bought a home in October of last year.

“WE GOT A MORTGAGE!! I mean HOME!! WE BOUGHT A HOME!!” Georgia wrote on Instagram alongside a pic of the smiling couple — and, of course, one of Pawdry.

Meanwhile, Lee also posted a similar snap with the simple caption: “Adulting Mode: Activated.”

In addition to four spacious bedrooms, the property features three bathrooms and a stunning living-dining area.

But that’s not all! The couple’s new home also houses an envious alfresco kitchen complete with a sink, fridge, and BBQ, plus a covered deck area.

Known to throw a fabulous party (we’re still envious of Georgia’s 30th birthday bash!), we can only expect that Georgia and Lee will throw some legendary celebrations in the future!

Their main ensuite boasts a spacious shower and drool-worthy bathtub that’s just begging to be used.

The purchase came just months after Channel 7 presenter and tradie tied the knot in a picture-perfect Tasmanian wedding in March 2021.

Georgia’s Controversial Year

Despite getting married and purchasing a new home, 2021 wasn’t all smooth sailing for Georgia.

In September, she was stood down from on-air presenting by Channel 7 after posting an offensive Instagram story about a cat in a Chinese restaurant window.

The distasteful post received so much backlash, Georgia was also released from a $100,000 contract with Chadstone Shopping Centre.

More recently, she copped some flack after sending an “unreasonable” email to her colleagues about grammar.
