Netflix’s Selling Sunset has taken the reality TV world by storm, and now, the streaming platform has dropped the first spin-off, Selling Tampa, just in time for your Christmas break.
I.e. It’s time to get binging!
While you might be more than familiar with the faces of The Oppenheim Group after four seasons, Netflix is leaving them in Los Angeles and has traded them in (and traded up) for an all-black, all-female cast.
Introducing Allure Realty, the Florida-based brokerage at the centre of the new spin-off. And damn, do these ladies deliver on the dra-mah!

Sharelle Rosado

Sharelle Rosado is giving Jason Oppenheim a run for his money as the founder of Allure Realty.
The 34-year-old started the brokerage in 2019, but has already amounted to great success after just two years. Allure Realty already has two agencies in Tampa Bay and Miami, respectively.
Prior to her foray into real estate, Sharelle served 12 years in the US military until medically retiring after two deployments to Afghanistan.
In January 2021, she became engaged to former Cincinnati Bengals NFL player Chad ‘Ochocinco’ Johnson. The pair are also expecting a daughter together.
Sharelle already has three children, while Chad reportedly has seven.
Rena Upshaw Frazier

It won’t take viewers long to learn that Rena Upshaw Frazier is a fiend for all things Tampa Bay.
Rena was the first agent hired by Allure Realty, after getting her real estate license in 2018. However, the mother of four knew a few things about property prior to this.
She holds a law degree from Stetson University College of Law, and worked in real estate law for over ten years.
In 2020, Rena launched a design firm, Greycliff Interiors, LLC, which specialise\s in interior design and staging properties to earn the highest sale price.
She is has been married to Integral Energy’s President and CEO Anddrikk Frazier for close to 20 years.
Colony Reeves

As a former preschool teacher, Colony Reeves brings her love of education to her role at Allure by teaching Floridians about the importance of home ownership and wealth building.
Colony also joined the brokerage alongside Rena as one of its first realtors and has since made a name for herself as one of Allure’s top-selling agents.
Juawana Colbert

Talking to House Beautiful, Juawana Colbert “like[s] to have a good time, but like[s] to handle [her] business first”.
Like her co-stars, the 41-year-old knows what she’s talking about when it comes to property. Before becoming Allure Realty’s office manager and subsequent agent, Juawana worked in economic development.
Growing up, she also had a keen eye for real estate and would follow her grandfather to inspections of his apartment properties while living in LA.
As revealed in Selling Tampa, Juawana is recently divorced from former US Army serviceman, Bryan Williams.
She also shares an adult son, Danny, with an unnamed former partner.
Anne-Sophie Petit-Frere

Haiti-born Anne-Sophie Petit-Frere first moved to Florida as a young girl in 2005.
Now 27-years-old, she has a Bachelor’s degree in accounting under her belt. This saw her become a property account following an entry-level position at an accounting firm during her senior year of college.
After starting at Allure, Anne-Sophie found herself in the top five per cent of realtors America-wide in early 2021.
Alexis Williams

Alexis Williams might like to have a good time, but that doesn’t take away from her successful career.
The 30-year-old is a specialist in residential properties, however, became part of Allure Realty by chance.
As revealed to Distractify, Alexis overheard her boss Sharelle talking about the brokerage while she was getting her lashes done! Talk about meant to be!
Alexis is currently dating NFL star Mike Gillislee, with whom she shares a son, Jordan.
Karla Giorgio

Having worked at her father’s car dealership from 16-years-old, Karla Giorgio has developed some strong AF sales skills.
Her role as a teenager has further spurred on her ability to sell, having maintained high sales rates during her time at Allure Realty.
The 33-year-old moved to Flordia from Venezuela with her family when she was a young girl.
Tennille Moore

Tennille Moore is a Florida native who was previously the chief legislative assistant in the Florida Senate.
Having been raised in Sarasota, the 45-year-old knows the area like the back of her hand. This has awarded her the ability to become a top broker with Allure Realty.
The mother of three is also a certified credit repair specialist.
