Love Island Australia is the latest reality show to fall victim to a severe case of editing fails! Yet while the fails often happen on-screen, one So Dramatic! sleuth pointed out a suss AF post on Islander’s Tayla Mellington‘s Instagram account.

Love Island Australia has fallen victim to a huge editing fail after a sleuth noticed something very off in Tayla Mellington's snap!

“Sooooo Love Island is editing the contestants’ photos now??” the sleuth questioned. Turns out, whoever is in charge of Tayla’s account has some explaining to do!

At first glance, the snap of Love Island’s Tayla and Taku Chimwaza looks totally fine, but stare a little longer and you’ll notice not one, not two, but THREE photoshop fails.

Based on the awkward editing, it looks like somebody has attempted to make the 26-year-old’s legs thinner but forgot to clean up their messy edges! Yikes.

It’s unclear who exactly manages the contestants’ social media while they’re in the villa — producers? Family members? We’re dying to know who did Tayla dirty like this!

The image was posted just two days before Tayla and her villa partner Ryan Reid were booted from the show on Tuesday night.

The Love Island Contestants Get Paid How Much?!

As revealed in episode 122 of the So Dramatic! podcast, one inside source said the Islanders receive a daily fee of $150 for expenses.

Sure, that figure doesn’t sound like much on its own. However, the insider also confessed the Islanders also get paid a “bonus” for any brand-affiliated posts (i.e. sponsored content) they make while in the villa!

See them flaunting their Showpo outfits? Paid! How about those clips where they do quizzes sponsored by a streaming platform? Yep, paid!

“They get absolute bank for the brand deals they do during filming,” the insider told So Dramatic! host Megan Pustetto. “They get paid about $1,000 per post.”

“They are basically giving them paid sponsored Instagram content to do in the villa.”

Not to mention the thousands of followers they gain throughout the experience plus a number of post-show brand endorsements — we guess they really do prepare the contestants for life after Love Island after all!
