We’re coming to the pointy end of The Block 2021 which means that one couple is set to walk away with a cool $100,000 on top of the profit they’ve made on their glitzy refurbed home.
And while there are some firm fan-favourites, former The Block couple, Sara and Hayden Vale think they know who will win based on this HUGE advantge.
Talking to host Megan Pustetto on the So Dramatic! with Megan Pustetto podcast, the former winners said that country couple Kirsty and Jesse were the hot pick to win.
According to the couple, Kirsty and Jesse are the only team to have a two-storey home this season, which Sara said put the team from House Five are at a huge advantage.
“I don’t know if [everyone’s] reserves will necessarily be the same, but… it’s the biggest house,” Sara said, “They’ve got a very big, strong chance. They can win.”
What does Kirsty and Jess’ House Look Like?
The home, located at 1 Bronte Court Hampton VIC 3188, is a Hampton’s haven with a family focus.
House 5 is this year’s only multi-level family home and features four bedrooms plus study, four bathrooms with alfresco entertaining and another Block first — a basement home cinema and bar. So bougee!

The Block Australia 2021 Cheating Scandal
Even though Kirsty and Jesse’s home is, let’s face it, freaking STUNNING, this season of The Block has also been home to the “biggest cheating scandal” in the show’s history!
Since it was revealed early in the season that they had access to the embargoed production schedule, Tanya and Vito have been under intense scrutiny from both fans and former cast members.
But in episode 110 of So Dramatic! With Megan Pustetto, Sara and Hayden admitted that they don’t think that the House 4 contestants got a “heads up” advantage from having that confidential information.
“It’s not really [a cheating scandal], because you know that you’re going to have to renovate the whole house,” Hayden said.
“Yeah, she might’ve found out what order they were thinking about filming it in, but at the end of the day, all of the rooms have got to get done.” Awkies!
Lucky for us, we’ll get to find out EXACTLY who cheated when it all comes out in the next few eps.
