Konrad Bien-Stephens is just one of the 16 suitors hoping to woo Brooke Blurton on The Bachelorette Australia 2021.
In a teaser clip for the upcoming season, Konrad with a K hit the nail on the head when he arrived at the mansion in his tradesman gear.
“The tradie look just gets me!” the 26-year-old Bachelorette said of the carpenter’s outfit. “He was hot, he was really hot.”
As an icebreaker, Brooke and Konrad, 31, got down and dirty as they built a bench seat together on the red carpet. And hey, if things don’t work out for him on The Bachelorette, he can always try his luck on The Block!
There’s no doubt that Konrad left an impression on the Bachelorette star, who said he “left [her] curious”.
“I’m definitely in trouble when it comes to Konrad,” Brooke revealed.
What Is Konrad Looking For On The Bachelorette Australia?
The Victorian is a confessed “hopeless romantic” who has been taught the importance of looking after your partner.
In his contestant bio on 10Play, the tradie says he’s single because he “[hasn’t] met the one yet”, while being “careful not to ignore…any red flags”.
Konrad also wants a relationship similar to his “loved-up parents”, adding that he “will go to the ends of the earth for those I love.”
When asked what he has to offer a potential partner, he had a simple answer: “Loyalty, honesty, love, laughs and a few headaches.”
Konrad’s Chair Drama In Episode One Of The Bachelorette!
As revealed in episode 113 of So Dramatic! With Megan Pustetto, Konrad finds himself in the middle of some trademark Bachie drama in The Bachelorette‘s first episode!
A source revealed that while Konrad intended he and Brooke would share a drink on the seat they built together, another contestant stole his move!
According to the insider, Jess Franklin had the chance to speak to the Bachelorette first and grabbed a rug for the pair to cuddle under… ON KONRAD’S CHAIR! How dare she!
“Konrad wasn’t too happy,” they told us. They then speculated that “Jess got asked by producers to do it for drama”. TBH, it sounds like a solid theory!
