Another woman has come forward with claims about axed Married at First Sight Australia 2026 groom Micah Lomu and shared how production handled her complaints.
ICYMI: As reported in episode 601 of the So Dramatic! podcast, a TikTokker revealed the identity of one of the MAFS 2026 grooms. This prompted women across the country to share their concerning experiences with him.
Some women even emailed MAFS’ production company Endemol Shine Australia directly, urging them to remove the groom from the experiment.
Following the allegations, producers removed Micah and his TV wife, Ankita Karungalekar, from the show amid an internal investigation
However, as revealed in episode 607, So Dramatic! has exclusively spoken with one of the women who reached out to production with claims about Micah.
Woman details production’s response to her experience with axed MAFS 2026 groom Micah Lomu
Speaking to So Dramatic!, one source shared that she had an unpleasant experience with Micah.
The woman said he’d allegedly “harassed” her and “said awful things about [her] body” on Hinge, and was “permanently banned” from the dating app due to his behaviour.
“He also made me feel guilty for not messaging him 24/7 and play the victim. It’s a pattern across multiple women I’ve spoken to,” she said.
When asked how production handled her claims, she confirmed the team were “very kind”.
“I had to explain my experience with him in detail, and they suggested I contact the police if I felt the need,” she said.
“I told them I’ve been scared of him for years if I spoke out. He’s a big guy, smart and very manipulative, so I wanted them to keep me anonymous.
“They explained that in order to investigate him, they’ll need to give details on what’s come forward. I was willing to in hopes there would be no more victims.”
The source added that the team said they’d investigate the issue and talk to Micah about it, but they never gave her any further updates.
