Love Island Australia 2019‘s Matt Zukowski has revealed a “savage” move he made ahead of his wedding to Tammy Hembrow, and it’s bold, to say the least!
Tammy and Matt are set to tie the knot in a luxe Byron Bay wedding in November.
However, during a recent episode of his Where’s Your Head At? podcast, Matt admitted to his co-host, Anna McEvoy, that he was forced to “uninvite” people from his wedding because the numbers were “too tight.”
“I initially invited many of my mate’s girlfriends who I’ve known for years, and I’ve had to uninvite them,” the former Islander confessed. Ouch.
“I am speechless. You’re a savage,” Anna responded. And we’ve got to agree with her!
Matt then explained that the invitations hadn’t officially been sent out when he disinvited his guests.
Nonetheless, it still made for an awkward conversation when he told his friends their partners couldn’t attend his wedding.

Anna, who married her long-term bae Michael Staples in Greece in May, stated she’d be “mortified” if she had to uninvite guests before spilling on her own wedding conundrum.
The 31-year-old confessed that people who didn’t cop an invite to her destination wedding ended up inviting themselves.
“People who weren’t invited to my wedding were like, ‘Hey, I need to book flights soon. Can you please send me the details?'” she recalled.
Anna found the encounter “so awkward” that she ended up adding these people to the guest list anyway.
“What was I going to do? Not invite them? I’ll just be bullied into having them at the wedding,” she joked. “If they’re willing to message me and fly across the world for my wedding, then they can come.”
And it seems the two podcast hosts have completely opposite approaches!
