FBOY Island Australia 2024‘s Krystal Thomas isn’t letting her split from Paddy Colliar get her down, according to an update shared on Instagram.
The September 30 finale of Binge’s hit dating show saw Krystal choose to pursue a relationship with Paddy over Doug Roocke.
However, as revealed just one day later, Krystal and her final pick called it quits “a few weeks” after filming wrapped.

The leading lady — who first appeared on The Bachelors 2023 — said Paddy “blindsided” her, proving to be more FBoy than Nice Guy!
Now, in an update shared to both Krystal’s Instagram account and FBOY Island‘s official page, she has revealed that “the real world is the most eye-opening” for relationships.
“Looking back, I realise I let myself get swayed by the opinions of others when I should have trusted my own intuition,” she wrote.
“In true Krystal style, I led with the best intentions some decisions were questionable but hey, that’s what led us to the year of the mids!”
Krystal Thomas is ‘grateful’ for FBOY Island ‘giving women a platform’
While Krystal admits she “didn’t get the outcome [she] was hoping for”, she’s glad to be a part of FBOY Island Australia.
“I’m grateful to the show for giving women a platform to raise awareness around certain topics. More importantly highlight how easily we can ignore the red flags,” she said.
“I’m proud of the conversations this season has sparked… I hope it continues to empower women across the nation to not settle for less than we deserve. We’re better than that, girlies.”
Krystal concluded the post by reassuring men to “keep shooting your shot” because it’s “still the year of the mids”.
Her update comes after she dished to POPSUGAR that she’s “back dating”. Squeal!
