Insiders have exposed Made in Bondi as “fake” before spilling the tea about its “uncertain” future on-air.
The Aussie spinoff of UK hit Made in Chelsea follows the lives of a group of Sydney socialites – who aren’t actually from Bondi.
To put it lightly, it’s been a total flop. The Guardian called it “utterly boring”, and viewers have also labelled it the “worst show of the year”.

As revealed in episode 414 of the So Dramatic! podcast, one insider has shed some light on why the series seems so fake.
“I am friends with some of the Made in Bondi cast, and it is 100 per cent scripted,” they dished.
“All the love connections are pre-determined by producers, and they’re basically told what to do and say. It’s pretty much just a drama. I really don’t know why it is being called reality TV.” Yikes!
Is Made In Bondi returning for Season Two?
Also, insiders reckon the show won’t be back for another run next year and that the current season may be taken off Channel Seven’s free-to-air program.
“They won’t be filming another series, and the current series is being shafted to Seven’s screening platform very soon,” the source added. Eek!
Insiders EXPOSE the ‘THIRSTY’ Made in Bondi cast
The insider also exposed the cast, calling them “unhinged and super thirsty“.
“Some of them have been shamelessly reaching out to media to get publicity, contacting managers begging them to sign them, and contacting PR agencies begging for invites to events or collabs,” they spilled.

“A number of them have also been reaching out to dress hire companies begging to borrow clothes for free and collab. It’s so embarrassing.”
And these Z-listers need a tall, iced glass of water because they sound parched!
