Married at First Sight Australia star Jessika Power has announced that her step-dad Anthony has died with an emotional post.
The serial reality star took to her Instagram Story on August 4 to reveal the devastating news.
“Doesn’t feel real,” Jessika penned alongside a snap of her and her stepfather smiling for the camera.
“We love you, Dad. I hope you’re up there having a port with your mates and looking down on us.
“Missing you forever.”
In an exclusive statement to So Dramatic! Jessika said: “Anthony is my stepfather. He raised me and my brother Rhyce from when we were babies. He was at my MAFS wedding, but they cut him out because the storyline was too confusing to the public, apparently.”
Jessika’s biological father, Troy Power, was heavily featured during her time on the show in 2019.
Meanwhile, the Celebrity Ex on the Beach UK star’s brother Rhyce also paid tribute to Anthony on his own account.
“Words can’t even begin to explain the feeling of losing your father,” he wrote, revealing he was overseas when he got the news.
“Wish I was there to say a final goodbye,” he concluded. “We’ll be home soon, Dad. I love you with all my heart.”
