Farmer Wants a Wife Australia 2024‘s Sarah Carey and Joe Bobbin have responded to rumours they’re now engaged after fans spotted a very telling clue.
On June 9, Sarah took to Instagram to share a clip of herself singing and playing the guitar. However, fans noticed a shiny ring on her left finger, causing them to speculate whether Joe had already popped the question.
“Is that an engagement ring???” one fan wrote to the comments, whilst another penned: “I spy with my little eye a pretty ring on your finger xxx”.
When approached by Yahoo! Lifestyle, the farmer kept his cards close to his chest, joking: “It was only a week ago we were short odds for being broken up. We move quickly around here.”
However, Sarah confirmed that the pair weren’t ready to become engaged just yet.
“Those rumours aren’t true; the camera was flipped in selfie mode, and the ring was actually on my right finger,” the reality star confessed. “Loved the enthusiasm from everyone, though!”
