Married at First Sight Australia 2024 groom Jonathan ‘Jono’ McCullough is embarking on his latest adventure after visiting over 50 countries.
The 39-year-old is a managing director and health business owner from Brisbane who recently launched his own supplement brand called Buoya Vital.
This follows careers as an infantry soldier, concrete and financier of over a decade, the latter of which he gave up when his last relationship ended.
According to his official MAFS bio, Jonathan (also known as Jono) packed up his life and sold everything he owned to travel the world for 15 months.
During that time, he visited more than 50 counties and lived on remote islands for weeks at a time.
He even had to hunt for his own food to survive!
As “an adventurer and risk-taker at heart”, Jonathan is ready for his latest challenge: Married at First Sight!
What else do we know about Married at First Sight 2024‘s Jonathan McCullough?
One source told So Dramatic! that Jonathan is “such a nice guy”, and MAFS needs one of them!
They said, “[He’s] so ridiculously nice.” However, they also confessed that “he is a bit boring.”
“He’s not a big out-there personality; he’s a bit of a wet blanket.” But we’re all good as long as he’s not a red flag!
Jonathan’s bio expressed that he thinks he’s “unlucky in love”. He “credits his singledom at almost 40 to being with amazing women he should have married in his 20s, and poor choices in his 30s”.
He’s serious about finding a bae and starting a family. As such, he’s hoping to meet a gal as equally motivated and put together as he is.
Plus, he’s mates with MAFS 2023 groom Dan Hunjas, so we can only imagine he got some advice before entering the experiment. Whether that was good advice, well, only time will tell!
