The Bachelors Australia 2023‘s Gold Coast mansion is for sale and it’s expected to sell for a pretty penny.
The Broadbeach Waters mansion on Monaco Street is being touted as a “slice of Beverly Hills” to those keen to snatch up the home.
The luxurious property last sold in October 2021 for a whopping $14.5 million, breaking Broadbeach Waters property records.
Now, it’s reportedly expected to sell for even more than that.
Amir Prestige Group’s Amir Mian and Joshua Soineva are taking the estate to auction on January 24, 2024.
“The brief for the producers of The Bachelors was a quintessential Gold Coast property,” Amir told Realestate.com.
“They wanted an entertaining area that was usable and private, a north-facing view, the house to be new and at a calibre where it could be showed off on TV.
“This property ticked all those boxes and more.”
He also said the Melbourne-based owners only used the home as holiday accommodation.
“The property has hardly been used and it’s really looking for an owner to come in and enjoy it,” he said.
“It’s not only a glamorous home but it’s a well-built home with a designer tag and it has one of the best indoor-outdoor entertaining areas I’ve seen.”
