It looks like love wasn’t lost for Love Island Australia 2023‘s Kale Roberts after his shock exit, as it appears he and Tyra Johannes have recoupled IRL.
ICYMI: Kale was shockingly dumped at the end of the November 20 episode after newcomer Andy Cosgrove opted to couple up with his bae, Nakia Pires.
Following his exit, he confessed he should have spent more time getting to know Tyra, who showed interest in him when he first arrived as a Bombshell. However, she took a backseat after her bestie, Nakia, also confessed she was into Kale.
“I wish I spent more time with Tyra on the inside. I only had eyes for two girls really and I probably should’ve given her more time of day,” Kale told 9Entertainment.
Now, as reported in episode 330 of the So Dramatic! podcast, Kale must have some EPIC manifestation skills because one spy eyed him and Tyra together recently.
“I saw Kale and Tyra from Love Island together at Sydney airport on Thursday!!” they told host Megan Pustetto.
“Didn’t get receipts but my jaw near dropped when I saw them together.”
The source added: “Tyra was at the ATM and Kale was standing behind her. They didn’t look heaps loved up but Kale was standing very close to her!”

Taking to the Love Island Australia Reddit forum, one fan shared a very spicy theory (and receipts!) that indicates Kale and Tyra have indeed recoupled.
“Mark my words… Tyra and [Kale] end up together,” the post was titled. “Now I think this will happen ON SCREEN. I strongly believe Kale and Ben [Richardson] will return for Tyra.
“There has [sic] been too many injustices for this poor trio to not let them have another chance at love.” And we agree!
According to the Reddit user, Tyra’s mum has been looking photos of Kale and “even comments suggesting they have unfinished business and that they may end up together”.
However, they didn’t add any proof, nor could we find the comments they were referring to. Perhaps Tyra’s mum is trying to cover her tracks…
They added: “Tyra’s brother, family members and friends follow Kale on Instagram and no other boys.”
Now, this checks out, with several of Tyra’s family members appearing in Kale’s follower list.

Rounding out their theory, the Redditor said they spied Kale and Tyra together at the recent ARIA Awards in November.
“I did peep Tyra next to Kale in the background when they were at the Aria Awards and separate from the whole cast who were all standing together,” they wrote.
In the comment section, they added a shonky screenshot (but a screenshot nonetheless) of the pair together.
