Married at First Sight Australia 2022‘s Jack Millar has revealed he is launching a new podcast and honestly, it would be bigger news if a MAFS star WASN’T dropping one.
ICYMI: A foray into podcasting is basically a reality TV personality’s rite of passage in this day and age, with a sh*t-ton of stars from the marriage experiment particularly keen to get their voice out into the world.
Now, Jack has jumped online to spill his latest career move, just days after he and Love Island‘s Courtney Stubbs welcomed their first child.
“Very exciting news, everyone,” he dished on his Instagram Story on November 20. “I’ve got some exciting things happening in the works.
“I’m releasing a podcast. There’s a lot more to it and I’d love for you to learn more… Have a listen to me yarn about more things mental health.”
He also added a link to the podcast, called Mind This Space with Jack Millar, where more details were revealed.
The description reads: “Jack Millar is trying to learn a little more.
“In every episode of this podcast, Jack catches up with experts and personalities from the health and well-being space, learning not only about what makes them fascinating and exceptional, but also about their journey, and what we all can learn to help us navigate through this increasingly chaotic experience we call life.”
The project is also under Nine Network’s podcast banner, 9Podcasts.
This isn’t the first podcast Jack has launched.
In 2022, he and his bestie Sean Mullins debuted their pod In The Sack. However, it appears to be inactive, with the most recent episode released on November 30, 2022, after just a few eps.
