It’s time to get your graft on — but make it Spanish — because once again, a cast of hot single Aussies are looking for lurv on Love Island Australia 2023 whilst being filmed in a glorious Mallorcan Villa!
Temperatures are heating up for the series’ fifth season, during which singles carved from the Gods (or an acclaimed plastic surgeon) will come together in a Spanish villa. Muy Caliente!
Ready to embark on a tumultuous few weeks of dating, romance and ultimately, love (see also — tears, tantrums and heartbreak), the new singles are looking to find ‘The One’.
Where was Love Island Australia 2023 filmed?
Love Island Australia 2023 was filmed on the Spanish island of Mallorca, known for its beautiful coastline, secluded coves, limestone mountains, architecture, wineries, fresh produce farms and stunning beaches.
This season took place in the same Villa as Season 4. It was designed by Rodney Brundson, who said it took around six weeks to build and perfect.
And during a private tour with host Sophie Monk, she revealed that it’s received a few upgrades, including a brand-new fire pit (a.k.a where all the drama happens).
What does the Love Island Australia 2023 villa look like?
The Islanders’ home is tiered (i.e. a few levels) with all the Love Island add-ons fans have grown to love.
The home features a bedroom, pool area, outdoor kitchen, upstairs bedroom, upstairs makeup room and terrace nook to chat upstairs. It also boasts an outdoor shower, sunbathing terrace, pool deck chairs, outdoor gym, and a firepit on the bottom level. And of course, lots of mirrors for our blue tick-seekers!
