Love Triangle Season Two’s Sam Fisher has broken his silence on his edit, anticipating it “might not be too kind” overall.
ICYMI: So Dramatic! recently reported that several people, including Sam’s co-stars, confessed the 35-year-old is a smidge problematic.
One person went as far as to dub him “not only misogynistic on the show [but] also homophobic and fatphobic”. Sheesh!
Now, Yahoo! Lifestyle has released a chat with Sam from before his Love Triangle debut, in which he predicted he might not come off as a good guy in the “final edits”.
“I take it as it comes. I didn’t apply for this,” Sam said. “They came to me. So whatever happens happens.
“I think the edit might not be too kind to me in this show. [But] you realise you can handle a lot more than what you expected you could.”
He refrained from spilling any finer details, but did confess that “there’s a couple of shenanigans that go down that might not be favourable to [his] final edits”.
Sam Fisher says there are people on Love Triangle Season Two for ‘the wrong reasons’
Sam, who is the brother of socialite and influencer Kristin Fisher, alleged that there are “people [on Love Triangle] for the wrong reasons”.
“But myself, I was offered an opportunity after not applying, I took the opportunity… and at the end of the day, you have just got to be yourself in there,” he said.
“It probably plays right into a reality TV series hands [being yourself] but we’re all going to be irrelevant in 20 years!” And he got something right!
He also seemingly hinted at a romance outside of the Stan dating experiment when talking about the “triangle” element of the show.
“I think you’ve got to pick a lane and stick to it. That’s always been my mantra for anyone. You gotta make a call. So whether that gives anything away of how I approach my triangle, I’m not sure… but, you know, triangles are inevitable,” he said.
“These dating shows, it’s not like we’re sitting on ice before the show not making connections with people as well. Love has definitely dawned on me this year,”
It comes after So Dramatic! revealed Sam had a girlfriend while filming the show. So yep, Love TRIANGLE is right!
