WAG and businesswoman Bec Judd has revealed she and sister Kate Twigley were the “only team that didn’t sh*t [themselves]” on The Amazing Race Australia 2023.

The mother-of-four and her sister are just one of the star-studded teams taking on the hit Channel 10 adventure show, with the duos travelling across India, Malaysia, Cambodia and Borneo in the October 4 series premiere.

Appearing on KIIS FM’s Jase & Lauren ahead of the first episode, Bec said she had a unique upper hand on her competitors.

Apparently, being extreme germaphobes was a plus for the JAGGAD founder and her sister.

“Kate and I were the only team that didn’t sh*t ourselves,” Bec confessed. “Everyone was giving us a hard time about being germaphobes and packing too much medication.

“Half of my kit was medication. I had more medication than the medic on the show.”

Bec continued: “Every food challenge, I’d put Travelan in my mouth beforehand, but Kate would pop it in so we wouldn’t touch it with our fingers.

“Everyone gave us a hard time saying we overreacted, but we were one of the only teams that weren’t vomiting and sh**ting our way through India.

“People were going down left, right and centre.”

Sounds like a real sh*tty experience!

Bec Judd says The Amazing Race Australia 2023 was ‘harder’ than she thought

Even though she managed to avoid getting ill, Bec admitted The Amazing Race was “much harder” than she anticipated.

“We are superfans of The Amazing Race, my sister and I. We were watching in high school and it’s one of those reality TV shows that we said if we ever got offered that, we would actually do that one,” Bec said.

“Some of the celebs we were talking to have done a lot of reality TV and some strenuous types of shows and they all said that the Amazing Race was the hardest they have ever done.

“I loved it but there were parts that I absolutely hated and wanted to give up.”

Bec added: “My sister, once we finished, she would wake up in the middle of the night and she would get her hiking bag and her racing kit and put it on and start sleepwalking through the house being like ‘Where are the clues, we’ve got to go’, and her husband would have to get her up and put her to bed and say ‘You aren’t on the race anymore Kate’.” LOL!

Despite the hardships, the celebrity edition of The Amazing Race Australia is all for a good cause.

The victors of the series will win $100,000 for their chosen charity.
