The winner of RuPaul’s Drag Race Down Under 2023 has been crowned and fans have taken to Twitter to share their excitement.

During the jaw-dropping finale on September 15, Melbourne-based queen Isis Avis Loren was announced as the winner of the infamous drag competition.

“Condragulations, you’re a winner, baby,” host RuPaul Charles told her as she screamed with joy.

The 33-year-old narrowly beat Gabriella Labucci and Flor, who are also loved by fans around the country.

Previous winners Kita Mean and Spankie Jackson were both from New Zealand, making Isis the first-ever Aussie queen to win the show. And we love to hear it!

“[Winning] means everything. It just goes to show when you believe in your dreams and shoot for the stars, you can achieve anything,” the reality star dished after stealing the crown.

Speaking to 9Entertainment on September 17, Isis revealed how she’d be spending her whopping $50,000 prize.

“[On] Chicken nuggets. I love ’em,” she laughed. “And also towards bringing more love and light to the world through the power of drag!”

Isis also runs a solo show called Ballads & Ballgowns. Her drag name is inspired by the Egyptian Goddess Isis, her grandmothers and the iconic actress Sophia Loren.
