Hunted Australia 2023 fans have expressed their disappointment after father-son duo Jordan and Tharren failed to reach the extraction point during the intense finale.

On August 7, the adult game of cat-and-mouse came to a halting close as the four remaining Fugitives made their way to the extraction point at the Melbourne Cricket Ground to win their share of $100,000.

Upon arriving at the final destination, the fan-favourite duo accidentally caught the attention of the Hunters, resulting in their unfortunate capture.

Fans were “gutted” for the pair, with one even suggesting that they should receive a consolation prize.

However, as the Hunters were so preoccupied with their capture, this gave Fugitives Holly and Jimi the chance to run to the helicopter at the extraction point.

Undetected by the Hunters, Jimi was the first to reach the chopper, immediately bursting into tears once he realised he’d won. And despite getting chased by Hunter Kim, Holly also made it to the final point.

Fans took to Twitter to express their excitement for the winners.

Despite being happy for Jimi and Holly, fans were still disappointed that Tharren and Jordan narrowly missed the win.

Hunted Australia fans are still hating on the Hunters

Despite the season coming to a close, Hunted Australia fans couldn’t resist shading the Hunters one last time and we low-key love it.

Other fans suggested that the Hunters should sleep and change their clothes now that they’re no longer on the job and TBH, we’re gonna do the same.

Until next time!
