Reality star Jessika Power has confirmed her breakup with her British boyfriend of two years, Connor Thompson.
The 31-year-old, who first found fame on Married at First Sight Australia 2019, has been the topic of speculation amongst fans after she dropped a series of cryptic hints on Instagram in recent days.
Now, the influencer has confirmed to So Dramatic! that she and her UK beau have parted ways.
“It was a mutual decision and we still care for each other, but things just change and that’s normal,” she said.
Jessika, who also appeared on Big Brother VIP, added on her Instagram Story that the couple broke up “last week”.
“I cried my tiny, little heart out and there is no water left in my body,” she added. “I haven’t been eating, I haven’t been sleeping.
“All I’ve been [doing] is crying.”
Connor also confirmed the split on his own Instagram Story on June 22.
The podcaster said he had received “lots of messages” and had several articles sent to him, making him aware that the breakup was “now public knowledge”.
“Yes, Jess and I have decided to break up,” he wrote. “It’s the best decision for both of us and there’s no hate or anger on my part.
“Sometimes things just don’t work out.”
Connor added: “Jess is an amazing, misunderstood person and I genuinely hope she finds happiness back in Oz.”
He then noted he’d seen the cryptic Instagram Stories posted by his ex, and told his fans “It’s all good”.

In the lead-up to confirming her split from Connor, Jessika unfollowed her bae.
She even hinted that she’d be moving back to Australia when asking her followers to recommend a removalist company to transport her belongings home.
What’s more, is that she posted a series of Tumblr-esque quotes about “happiness and respect”.
“Staying in a relationship JUST because you love somebody is not worth it,” the first read. “Love IS NOT all you need.
“Respect is what you need. Reassurance is what you need. Happiness is what you need. A best friend is what you need.”
In a subsequent post, a quote condemned people for “begging someone for the bare minimum”.
Jessika and Connor have been together since 2021, when the reality star moved to the UK to be with him after meeting online.
