Married at First Sight Australia 2023‘s Alyssa Barmonde has denied reports that she and her co-star Josh White have started dating in the wake of their failed TV marriages.
ICYMI: Daily Mail Australia claimed the pair were recently spotted enjoying a series of dates together, one of which reportedly included the couple’s respective children.
A source even told the outlet that Alyssa and Josh have decided to “see where things take them” and that they’re “a match”.
However, Alyssa has since told So Dramatic! that this is a load of crap.
“We are not dating, LOL,” she said, adding that she and Josh are “just good friends”.
She also revealed that she has requested that Daily Mail remove the original fake article.
Even Josh has debunked the claims, taking to a MAFS fan group on Facebook to point out a suss AF detail.

Under a post that shared the original claims, Josh highlighted that the thumbnail image used in the article was fake.
“Rather than discuss the content, can we just appreciate the photoshopped image that [journalist] has used, which is sending me,” he penned.
In the snap, it appeared that Josh and Alyssa were cuddled up together, smiling as the groom looped his arm through his alleged bae’s.
When the original journalist replied to another comment calling out the fake pic, the user shared the ACTUAL pic that had been amended.
In it, Josh and Alyssa sat on either end of a table, while Ollie Skelton and Tahnee Cook sat between them.
“You got me,” the journalist surrendered.
Yikes… and we thought on-screen MAFS was fake…
