Former MasterChef Australia judge Matt Preston has been sprung dropping the C-bomb on a hot mic at TikTok’s For You Fest.
The majorly awkward moment, which went down on December 15 at the Hordern Pavilion in Sydney, also happened to be caught on audio and, of course, it quickly went viral.
The hilarious gaff was later reshared by comedian Matt Hay on, of course, TikTok.
“Last night was For You Fest and Matt Preston hosted a cooking segment,” the entertainer said in the clip.
“The whole time he seemed to be over it.
“And then when he went offstage, I don’t think he realised his microphone was still on and he said this, “What a c**t of a job”. Awkward!
He added, “Probably the most iconic thing to happen all night.”

Catching wind of his faux-pas making the rounds on social media, the food critic himself took the opportunity to poke fun at his own expense in the comments.
“Oopsie daisy! Well, I had a very fun night,” the reality TV judge chimed in.
Luckily for Matt, the majority of fans found the entire ordeal amusing, with many saying it made the star “more relatable”.
“NGL I was nervous for a moment bc I like Matt, but this made me like him more haha,” one commented.
Another added: “Kind of like him even better now hahahahah.”
A third commenter joked: “Me and my workmate out the back at work with a shop full of customers.”
