The crew of MasterChef Australia have been issued a stern warning after it was leaked that judge Melissa Leong had “fallen out” with several staff members on the reality show amid claims of bullying.
ICYMI: The Daily Telegraph revealed that drama is brewing on the set of the hit reality cooking show. A source claimed that Melissa clashed with production company Endemol Shine’s appointed hair and make-up professionals.
It was also said that one freelance hair and makeup artist’s experience on set resulted in her asking to no longer work with the 40-year-old TV star. Melissa now does her own hair and makeup for the show.
Now, according to The Daily Telegraph, it looks like staff members are in hot water over their airing of the show’s dirty laundry.
Following the leak, Network Ten and Endemol Shine have now told the crew “in no uncertain terms” that they can expect to see their contracts “torn up” should they continue to spill the tea.
They were reminded that if they breached their confidentiality clause or spoke to the media, they would be shown the door – yikes!

It’s the latest in a string of dramas for the reality star, who accused crew members of bullying in April after they failed to provide her with a cake on her birthday.
This was apparently despite gifting fellow MasterChef judge Andy Allen a cake on his birthday weeks earlier.
According to The Daily Telegraph, Melissa complained to management that she felt she had been “bullied” by crew members as a result of the incident.
Despite the behind-the-scenes drama, the food critic has remained a viewer favourite since she took the reigns as Masterchef Australia judge alongside Andy and Jock Zonfrillo in 2020.
It’s been a rollercoaster year for the star, who on October 17 opened up about her “messy” divorce from Joe Jones.
While Melissa has since moved on with a new beau, entrepreneur Rob Mason, she has remained that she and her ex-husband are still friends.
