It’s time to bailar en la villa (READ: dance in the villa) because once again, a cast of hot single Aussies are getting their groove on Love Island Australia 2022, accompanied by some sexy summer tunes.
Any seasoned fan will agree that the dating show’s music soundtrack is FIRE, and if you’re like us, you have Shazam at the ready.
However, there’s now no need to find the music on your own because ITV (the masterminds behind the universal Love Island franchise) have curated a playlist “inspired by and featuring on Love Island Australia”.
The epic playlist was built and curated by Spotify and was launched on October 31, in line with the premiere date.
Not only this, but while streaming the series on 9GO after episode three, you can put your phone up to a QR code on the screen, and it will link straight out. Technology eh?!
Songs will be updated weekly, so if you hear one you need stat, it’s best to get it there and then!
The Love Island Australia 2021 Playlist
Last year’s tunes included Break Loose by Red Means Run, This Feeling by L’Tric, The Way You Are by Peking Duk, and even Down Under by Men at Work — which was used to replicate the Aussie flair and the fact that the show was filmed in Byron Bay.
Of course, fans were hooked on the bangers, ballads and tunes, and this year is no exception!
Now that we’re on the sunny island of Mallorca, the sizzling soundtrack could include hits from Shakira, Deorro, Elvis Crespo and Enrique Iglesias; otherwise, we don’t want it!
