Farmer Wants a Wife Australia 2022’s Harry Lloyd has been exposed for bringing his potential romances to a fake farm.
The 23-year-old dairy farmer is from the North-central Victorian town of Kyabram; however, his TV escapades were filmed on a “stunt” farm in Gloucester, New South Wales.
That’s right, Harry’s girls were introduced to country lyfe on Farmer Wants a Wife in a completely different state, with his real home more than 900 kilometres away.
The Herald Sun was tipped off about Harry’s fake farm by an eagle-eyed FWAW viewer who lived near Kyabram.
They pointed out that the mountainous backdrop we saw on “Harry’s farm” didn’t match up to the actual landscape of the Victorian town.
How Did This Impact Farmer Harry’s Potential Partners on Farmer Wants a Wife?
Network Seven later told Daily Mail Australia that they had to move farms due to the COVID-19 travel restrictions during filming.
“The location of the farm didn’t impact the series as Harry’s ladies were able to experience life on a dairy farm with Harry, including the early morning starts,” a representative told the publication.
However, whether the girls were told they were in a different state is unknown, and since they were still on a dairy farm, at least they got used to the cattle manure smell.
