Married at First Sight Australia 2022‘s Domenica Calarco has revealed she and her Italian boyfriend, Andre Zitt, have broken up.
ICYMI: On September 13, So Dramatic! exclusively revealed the identity of the mysterious “Mr Napoli” that she’s been dating in Italy, after a super-sleuth uncovered his Instagram page where photos of the pair cosying up to each other had been posted.
The story prompted Domenica to post a furious statement on her Instagram on Tuesday night.
“In last week’s podcast episode I spoke about a man that I have been seeing in Italy. It was his wish to be kept private and to stay out of the spotlight,” she penned.
“It has come to my attention that a certain media outlet has gone on some kind of hunt for information and found his identity and leaked photos that he has posted to his private Instagram account.
“@sodramaticonline you listen to the podcast episode and hear me say he wants his identity kept private yet you go out of your way to do this. How am I supposed to have any kind of normal relationship if this sh* t continues to happen?”

However, it appears Domenica had already broken up with Andre before putting out this statement.
Now, only two weeks after she announced the burgeoning relationship on her Sit With Us podcast, the MAFS star revealed on September 14 that her “summer romance” is already over.
“My summer romance hasn’t played out how I guess I wanted it to play out,” she told co-host Ella Ding. “As much as I want to say everything and talk about everything, I think there are certain details of this thing that I wanna keep private.”
Now that their fling has come to an end, it seems things are amicable between the pair, with Domenica admitting they remain “just friends”.
She also took pride in the fact that she could “pull herself together” and show how “strong” she really is.

Back in August, the podcast host introduced her listeners to “Mr Napoli”, revealing he spoke very little English.
“I’m at a stage where I don’t even give a sh*t if I don’t get married ever again,” she said at the time.
“I’m not that girl now that needs the big f*cking f*ck-off diamond on her finger, I’m not the girl who needs the big white dress, I’m so past that.”
Domenica even invited her new Italian Stallion on her podcast as a guest, whilst simultaneously revealing she was respecting his wish for privacy.
Speaking of her Italian romance, she then said: “This whole Italian love affair has been amazing, and I’ll remember it for the rest of my life.
“I think I’ve really just reached this point where I’m okay — if I want to have casual sex, I’ll have casual sex. I’m actually really happy on my own and focusing on me, my own mental health, my life and my career.”
