Farmer Wants a Wife Australia 2022’s real-life cupid Natalie Gruzlewski is back for the 2022 season, bringing together a crop of five new farmers looking for love.
Joined this year by her “cupid-in-arms”, former Sunrise host Samantha Armytage, Natalie has overseen the series that has resulted in nine marriages, one long-term relationship and 23 babies. Amazing!
Off-screen, Natalie has a gorgeous family, including her husband, Jack Ryan and nine-year-old daughter, Olivia.
The TV personality (who has been in the public eye for over two decades) married Jack after her split from her first husband, surfer Luke Egan, whom she was married to between 2009 and 2011.
In May 2012, she announced her engagement to real estate mogul Jack and confirmed she was expecting her first child in October of the same year.
Then in November 2012, the genetically-blessed couple married in an intimate ceremony.
“We thought, let’s just do it,” Jack told The Australian Women’s Weekly at the time.
“We didn’t want a large wedding. We just wanted our close family around one table for a relaxing lunch to celebrate with us.”
During the same interview, Natalie revealed that she was pregnant and wanted to keep the vow exchange a secret.
“We didn’t tell anyone they were coming to a wedding, so it was a huge surprise,” Natalie said.
“I wore a beautiful Lisa Brown dress; it was so relaxed and amazing,” she said, adding: “We loved every minute of it.”

In her official FWAW bio, Natalie revealed that she loves when farmers meet their prospective partners for the first time.
“You get to see eyes locking, sparks flying, nervous giggles. It’s so beautiful. That’s where real love starts to take shape,” she said.
Before her most famous TV role, Natalie worked as a news reporter and weather presenter for the Nine Network and as a host on Getaway.
She first began hosting FWAW in 2007 until 2012, when the show took a short hiatus. She is also a seasoned MC, event presenter, and brand ambassador.
