Farmer Wants a Wife Australia 2022’s Farmer Ben Scowen is smitten with his four-year-old daughter, of whom he has shared custody.

The 27-year-old from Wingham, NSW, is looking for a “long-lasting” partnership that is family focused and loves kids — which is a given since he is a doting dad.

“She is my world, and I strive every day to be the best father I possibly can be for her,” Farmer Ben said in his official FWAW bio.

The dairy farmer hopes his new lady-love values honesty, commitment and trust and would bring the same qualities to a relationship.

Ben is an all-around family man and is particularly close with his mother, 51, admitting that he tells her “everything (often too much)”!

As for his father: “My dad is the hardest working person I know, and I respect his advice.”

“They’ve been married for 30 years, endured many hurdles and tragedies in life, but are still so in love, still hold hands and cuddle on the couch. It’s their relationship that I most admire and wish to replicate.” Love this!

What Else Do We Know About Farmer Ben?

Farmer Ben was born in Bega in NSW, started school in Tongala in Northern Victoria. He then went to high school in Mount Gambier in South Australia before completing years 11 and 12 at a boarding school in Adelaide.

He’s also played cricket in England and likes outdoor activities such as fishing, camping, bike riding and hiking. And luckily for him, his daughter does too!

“I love to take my daughter for dolphin watching on my jet ski,” he said before saying she “grew up playing cricket and AFL, so [would] love to watch a game on TV or go to a live match.”

Even though his first relationship didn’t work out, Ben’s philosophy is that “true love is for life”.

“You need to give yourself fully to one another,” he said. “Two parts becoming one inseparable unit that can withstand the storms of life and relish in the views from the summits.” DIVINE!
