Married at First Sight Australia 2022‘s Tamara Djordjevic has responded to claims that she’s off the market, denying that she has a new boyfriend.
As reported in episode 204 of the So Dramatic! podcast, a source claimed the 30-year-old TV bride has a new man in her life, following rumours that she and co-star Mitch Eynaud played up their supposed romance to sell their “love story” for cash.
An insider told host Megan Pustetto: “Tamara has a new boyfriend. He is a chippy from the Gold Coast.”
However, the controversial bride took to Instagram to quash rumours on July 28, musing “if only [she] knew” who the mystery man was.
“In other news! This article says I have a boyfriend,” she wrote on her Story alongside a screenshot of So Dramatic!‘s article.
“He’s a tradie (how handy) if only I knew who my boyfriend was so I could ask him to pop to the supermarket for me. [sic].” she jeered.
The claims follow an influx of happy snaps from Tamara and Mitch which had fans speculating that they were an item.
However, the pair maintained they were just mates despite keeping up the charade for the cameras.
A source previously told So Dramatic!: “Tamara and Mitch have been trying to sell a story to the media that they are in love for months now.”
“Tamara’s management has been trying to sell a story but they had no luck. No one wanted to buy it.” LOL!
The So Dramatic! spy also revealed that Tamara’s manager had called a “number of paps” asking if they could help sell the story, reiterating that “they are definitely not together”.
“It’s all fake for this story they have been trying to sell,” they added. “They have both been playing it up in the media so that they could get big bucks for this story. But it all backfired because no media outlet was interested or cared.”
