Beauty and the Geek Australia 2022’s Tegan Burns was a cheerleader for the Melbourne Storm NRL team in 2018.
The 26-year-old professional dancer started dancing at the age of three and has an extensive career in the performing arts.
As well as being a cheerleader, she has also worked at Disneyland Paris as a lead tap dancer and as a cheerleader for the North Queensland Cowboys.
The beauty lives by the motto “everything happens for a reason”, and after feeling at a loss when her flourishing career stalled due to the COVID pandemic, she decided to apply for Beauty and the Geek.
“I’m hoping my Geek will help me to learn to believe in myself, and I want to teach him too – how to come out of his shell, and definitely about the flirting game!” she told 9Now.
As for what she’s looking for in love, Tegan is searching for someone who likes the great outdoors and is hoping to find someone who treats her the way she deserves! Get it, gurl!
What Else do we Know About Tegan Burns from Beauty and the Geek Australia 2022?
Tegan has an extensive dance resume and has performed at nightclubs around Australia as a showgirl and host, and has even been an extra in the Aussie film Horseplay.
She is also trained in classical ballet, jazz, tap, hip hop, acrobatics, Latin, musical theatre, lyrical, contemporary, singing and acting! What a talented beauty!
As for her “special skills”, she can do the splits (both left and right leg), cartwheels and split jumps!
According to her Instagram, Tegan loves travelling and going to festivals and is ALWAYS smiling.
She is one gorgeous girl, inside and out!
