The Bachelorette Australia 2020 winner Pete Mann has welcomed his first child, a daughter, with his partner Rachel Evans.
The 35-year-old, who spectacularly dumped his Bachie bae Becky Miles three days following the finale, announced the arrival of their “loveable little girl” on Tuesday night.
Taking to Instagram, Pete revealed that he and Rachel welcomed Gigi Bloom Mann on March 11, 2022.
“Everybody!! Meet Gigi,” he penned alongside a carousel of photos and sweet videos. “Today we welcomed home the most adorable, precious, loveable little girl in the world. Fact.”
The former reality star also gushed about his partner, who he’s been publicly dating since December 2020, confessing he is “so grateful” to be on “one hell of a ride” with her.
“You are amazing!”
Did Pete Date Rachel Prior To The Bachelorette 2020?
When Pete first announced he and Rachel were together, rumours swirled that the wedding planner was actually the reality beau’s ex-girlfriend from before The Bachelorette.
The former Bachelorette star was quick to rubbish the claims, however, noted that they had seen each other “casually” prior to the show then “reconnected” after filming concluded.
Pete’s relationship announcement came just three months after Becky confirmed her split from her winner just hours after the finale was broadcast nationally.
According to the Bachelorette, who headed up the 2020 season alongside her Bachelor alum sister, Elly Miles, Pete dumped her over FaceTime just three days post-filming.
Chatting to KIIS FM’s The Kyle and Jackie O Show, she said Pete began doubting their connection.
“He said after being home, he’d seen my mum come in and we did a FaceTime and he was like, ‘It just became more real then and I just don’t think there’s a spark there and I’m not your person,'” she explained.
Becky is now expecting her first child with partner James Bevin.
