The Bachelor Australia 2019‘s Matt Agnew and his season runner-up Abbie Chatfield are reuniting and we expect some tea to be spilled.
Abbie and Matt first met on season seven of The Bachelor Australia, where the astrophysicist brutally dumped her during the finale.
On Friday morning Abbie announced via Instagram that the former Bachelor will appear on her radio show, Hot Nights With Abbie Chatfield.
Matt is set to join the Gemini queen and her on-air co-star Rohan Edwards for a hot goss sesh, sorry, radio interview on Friday night. Make sure you tune in because this is sure to be juicy!
Abbie and Matt have Reunited Before
Abbie and the 2019 Bachelor shared an intense connection from the moment she told him she was a Gemini, but unfortunately, it wasn’t strong enough to prevail post-show.
Everything worked out in the end though because the radio host has now coupled up with another Bachie alum, Konrad-Bien Stephen.
However, back in November 2021 Abbie and Matt sent fans into a frenzy after the pair were spotted in the same place, at the same time! GASP!
As reported in episode 119 of the So Dramatic! podcast, one sleuth noticed that the pair posted near-identical snaps at the same location at the same time way back in June 2021!
The source revealed: “Both of them had stories of themselves in the Blue Mountains around the same time, if not on the same day. Check the location on Abbie’s post on June 4 and Matt’s on June 6.”
As it turned out, this was all just one big ol’ coincidence. Shortly after Abbie announced her relationship with Konrad and all made sense in the world again.
Around this time, Matt was also seen on Hinge. We hope Abbie can pry some juicy info about his dating app ventures when they reunite on her radio show!
