The 30-year-old is one of the 17 hopefuls biding their time in the infamous marriage experiment. And according to production sources, the chiselled hunk gives past MAFS villains a run for their money!
Despite this, we have a feeling Daniel doesn’t need TV infamy to make a name for himself. He already hoards over 40,000 followers on Instagram!

Despite his athletic appearance, Daniel is confident, successful and driven.
According to the Brisbane-based fitness trainer, going to the gym means so much more to him — in fact, it saved his life!
Growing up with a “chaotic” childhood, Daniel’s father was an alcoholic and after he and his siblings moved in with his dad, he never got to have a relationship with his mum.
At the age of 17, Daniel’s brother took his own life, after which he found solace in the gym — somewhere that gave him structure, discipline and direction.
In addition to this, Daniel took on a fatherly role to his seven-year-old niece – his “most important person in the world”.
Daniel is now hoping to find a healthy relationship and a stable family environment of his own, through the experiment.
Daniel Holmes Already Has Links to Reality TV Stars
To absolutely no one’s surprise, the pending star has a few reality TV connections among his followers!

Reality stars aside, Daniel’s Instagram is chocked full of gym selfies and workout clips. We just hope his TV wife Jessica Seracino shares his passion for pumping iron!
According to his online coaching website, the trainer has been involved in the fitness industry for over a decade. During that time, he’s learned that his passion lies in helping others reach their fitness goals.
“Now [I’m] in a position where I have the knowledge and ability to drastically change the quality of people’s [lives],” he wrote.
Daniel Holmes Will Be At The Centre Of A Married at First Sight First

Daniel is expected to ruffle more than a few feathers in the marriage experiment.
As reported in episode 152 of the So Dramatic! podcast, both Daniel and Carolina Santos “weren’t happy” in their matches with their respective partners Jessica and Dion Giannarelli.
A current contestant spilled: “[Carolina and Daniel] chose to stay with each other on the show,” the source said, before adding: “but then they left together and didn’t recouple or stay in the experiment.”
Then, following their exit, the couple chooses to re-enter the experiment, unexpectedly showing up at a commitment ceremony and they then remain in the experiment together.
