Below Deck: Down Under season one hasn’t even aired yet but the producers are already looking for charter guests for season two.

The first season, which is set to air on hayu on March 18, 2022, will see some familiar faces from the US franchise work as crew on the Thalassa — and we cannot wait!

According to the Sydney Morning Herald, the series is searching for “adventurous guests” to come aboard for the second season, which is set to film in April.

How Will Below Deck: Down Under Be Different From Other Iterations In the Franchise?

To set itself apart from the other franchise iterations, Below Deck: Down Under will focus on underwater activities — and we expect the next season to be the same.

In an interview back in 2021, Bravo’s senior VP Noah Samton revealed that one of the stars of the show would be Australia’s Great Barrier Reef.

“Not only is it down under in terms of being in Australia,” he said. “But a lot of the show is literally being filmed underneath the water in the sea paradise that is the Great Barrier Reef.”

Who Is Set to Appear on Below Deck: Down Under Season One?

While we may not get to see some Aussie cast-members Hannah Ferrier, Izzy Wouters, Alli Dore, and Francesca Rubi, aboard the super yacht, one So Dramatic! spy spotted some other cast members during filming back in September.

The member of the Drama Army saw Tumi MhlongoBenny CrawleyMagda Ziomek and Aesha Jean onboard during filming.

Ashling Lorger (from Below Deck season eight) may also be making an appearance.

Commenting on a SDramatic! Instagram post, she said: “I’ll guess we’ll just have to wait and find out!”

In June 2021, we also revealed that Below Deck season three chef, Leon Walker, was spotted in Hamilton Island. An awesome edition? Yes, Chef!

Below Deck: Down Under premieres on March 18, 2022, only on hayu.
