For Married at First Sight groom Andrew Davis, there’s just one thing that can bring him and Holly Greenstein together: getting his schlong out on national television just five minutes after meeting his new wife.
During Wednesday night’s episode, Holly’s nerves were calmed by her mystery hubby prior to their nuptials, when he penned her a sweet letter to let her know why he was taking on the experiment.
Andrew promised the cinema manager commitment, support and laughter — you know, all the important stuff you need to convince a partner of before revealing you’re a piece of sh*t.
However, what motivational speaker Andrew failed to mention in his note was that he has a pretty firm idea of what he thinks the key to a long-lasting relationship is.
What Happened On Andrew And Holly’s MAFS Honeymoon?
Cut to the honeymoon and the father-of-one was keen to turn up the heat on his relationship with Holly.
“Tonight, to be romantic, I’ll take charge and if she follows and responds well to my advances, then happy days, right?” he told the camera while on his honeymoon.
Then, after running a bath strewn with rose petals, he announced: “Alright, honey, I’ve got a surprise for you.”
And if by “surprise”, he meant getting his kit off and flashing not only Holly, but the whole of Australia, then yep… “surprise” is right!
“Sex is a big part of a relationship. It’s important to me,” he confessed in a voiceover. “In fact, I think that if we are intimate, that’s going to bring us closer together.”
While we didn’t find out whether the couple was brought closer together (figuratively and literally), we’re sure Andrew will fill us in during the next episode.
