Love Island Australia 2018 contestant Teddy Briggs was spotted leaving a slimy comment on a post featuring 2021 bomb Jade Ashelford.
Entering the competition as an intruder, Love Island announced Jade’s arrival to the villa with an Instagram post. As it turns out, Teddy seems to know the bomb – and intimately (allegedly)!
Commenting on the snap of the 21-year-old, Teddy said: “Already hit it.” Gross!
Come on, Teddy. It’s 2021! Are men seriously still acting like they should get a pat on the back for their *alleged* conquests?
Is A Bot To Blame For Teddy’s Comment About Jade?
Since appearing on Love Island Australia in 2018, there has been lots of speculation about whether Teddy’s Instagram account is being run by bot accounts.
Several So Dramatic! listeners have reported that they’ve been spammed with messages about eCommerce and Crypto from the ex-Islander.
They’ve even been referred to Teddy’s account by some dodgy AF spam users!
At one point, his Instagram bio also seemed to be overrun by bots which directed his followers to message an anonymous number.
Could a bot be to blame for his slimy comment on Jade’s photo? We certainly hope so!
What Happened When Teddy Briggs Was On Love Island Australia?
Teddy entered the Love Island villa as an intruder on day 21 of the 2018 season.
TBH, all we remember about his time on the show is the Brisbanite comparing himself to Zac Efron, and all we have to say to that is… No.
However, it was too little too late for the then-25-year-old to find a solid match among his fellow Islanders.
He memorably found himself stuck in friendship couples with Edyn ‘Mac’ Mackney, Françoise Draschler, and Millie Fuller. He was later dumped on day 36.
