Love Island Australia is supposed to be one of the more real TV shows that is filmed, however, according to some recent intel we’ve received, apparently that’s not exactly the case!

A friend of evicted constant Emily Ward claims that the show is heavily influenced by producers.

“It’s not scripted but it’s definitely heavily influenced by producers,” they dished to the So Dramatic! podcast in episode 122.

“For example, we didn’t see so much regarding Emily and Taku, but they were actually really close when she first entered the villa, and they had like little in the villa dates that we didn’t get to see.

Damnit! why does so much great footage get left on the cutting room floor?!

Emily’s friend then dished some tea about what really went down during her short-lived romance with Mitch Hibberd.

“Mitch was also leading her on. I asked her point-blank, Mitch or Taku and she said definitely Taku,” the friend explains. “She said that the producers were trying to get her to say she regretted ever picking Mitch but Emily had said she didn’t regret it, but wouldn’t do it again because Taku always made her feel more secure.”

It’s Not The First Time Love Island Has Been Accused of Being Scripted!

Another source who dished some dirt to the So Dramatic! podcast, revealed that a lot of what you see is produced to “make a day more interesting”.

“For example, Rachael Evren hooking up with Jordan Tilli was all set up,” the source told host Megan Pustetto in episode 117 of the podcast.

Another storyline which the production team also had a hand in, was the Taku Chimwaza, Jess Velkovski and Aaron Waters love triangle. Say what?!

Rachael Evren’s Love Island Exit Was Planned!

Apparently, the most dramatic storylines on Love Island Australia are heavily produced! Quick, someone tell Courtney Stubbs!

Rachael leaving the villa was actually part of an elaborate plan! The emotional moment saw her sent home by her fellow cast!! What? The two strongest couples split up wasn’t real? Well, I never!

A close friend of the reality star also revealed to So Dramatic! that contestants are not only told what to do but when to do it!

Promoted as Love Island’s “hot dork” and major Harry Potter fanatic is not like that at all!

“Some of the shit they made Rachael do is so fake,” the source said. “She’s absolutely not like that at all! They made her seem like a dumb dork.

They make them do dumb ditsy sh*t to fit their characters. She’s literally nothing like that. LMAO!”

Rachael Evren Spills a Major Love Island Australia 2021 Behind-the-Scenes Tit-Bit on Tik Tok!

In a TikTok video after her elimination, Rachael revealed that what we see on TV isn’t a “true reflection” of her fellow Islanders.

“I do not believe what you are being shown on national television is a true reflection of the Islanders themselves.”

“I think they’re all kind, outgoing, genuine people… But do I believe every connection in there is genuine?”

In another TikTok, Rachael revealed she was told to dye her blonde hair brown for the show.
