Big Brother VIP Australia star, Jessika Power, has just announced she is joining UK reality TV show, Celebs Go Dating as a shock intruder.
Most recently, Jessika has made waves on this season of Big Brother VIP Australia, opening up about her childhood, leaking texts written by Shane Warne and spilling the tea on her life after Married at First Sight.
And now, it looks like this new venture will be just as juicy!
What Even Is Celebs Go Dating?
Celebs Go Dating is a British reality show coordinated by London-based dating agency.
Single celebrities are paired with non-celebrity partners to help them find true love. In doing so, we are shown that celebrities really are just like the rest of us… sure!
Jessika will for sure feel at home on the show amongst fellow reality TV stars Chloe Brockett from The Only Way is Essex, and Made in Chelsea’s Miles Nazaire.
The 30-year-old, who has been announced as a shock intruder, started filming for the show last week.
Allegedly, Celebs Go Dating producers had been itching to get Jessika on the show since earlier this year! However, due to pandemic flight restrictions it proved tough up until now.
WTF Happened With Connor Thompson?
Jessika had relocated to the UK to be with her podcaster beau Connor Thompson. The pair met on social media six months ago.
Unfortunately, their Instagram romance didn’t translate IRL. A source told The Sun that Jess felt the spark wasn’t there in real life. Ouch!
The couple split only eight days after Jessika relocated from Australia, and Celebs Go Dating producers pounced at the opportunity.
What Can We Expect to See From Jess on Celebs Go Dating?
A source spilled, despite things not working out with Connor, Jess is still keen to find herself a British boyfriend and promised to hold nothing back and show viewers she isn’t a “husband stealing witch.”
Jessika hopes the show will be her last public attempt to find love, joking “If the agency can’t help me I am done, I will be like a cat lady for the rest of my life.”
