After bursting onto our screens in The Block Australia 2013 and reuniting once again for The Block; Fans vs Favourites in 2014, Alisa and Lysandra Fraser managed to not only win over the Australian public but snap up a hefty sum of prize money.

Now, the twins have left the series behind and are turning their attention to parenthood, business ventures and a cheeky game show cameo.

So, where are Australia’s most-loved twins now?

Where Did Alisa and Llysandra Fraser’s The Block Journey Begin?

The Adelaide twins entered Season 7 The Block: Sky High in 2013 as police officers before  quickly established themselves as a dynamic design duo not to be f*cked with.

After winning five room reveals (and the hearts of the nation) and taking home a whopping $395,000 in total winnings, the duo returned for Season 8 The Block: Fans vs Favourites, again taking home a HUGE cash grab of $616,000!

Alisa and Lysandra Return to The Block (Again)

The pair returned to The Block (again) as All-Stars in 2019 to lend a hand to Mitch and Mark in a week that was – err – dramatic, to say the least, with Lysandra calling their style “polarising”. Despite the early clashes, the four ended up getting on.

The foursome then reunited in 2019 for a game show cameo on The Weakest Link: The Block Edition, in a fun episode that proved it’s near-impossible to go up against host Magda Szubanski and win.

Where are Alisa and Lysandra from The Block Now?

Obviously, the iconic “we will need $500,000 in counselling” outburst from Season 8 was not enough to deter the pair from continuing their design pursuits after The Block ended.

After Season 8, the couple left their jobs as police officers and launched their design business Alisa & Lysandra Interiors

Seven years on, and the pair now boasts an impressive portfolio of bespoke commercial and residential projects that are quite literally to die for.

In 2018 they took on another massive project, designing a luxury mini-mansion in Melbourne’s exclusive Albert Park.

The pair documented the process through the online series The Design Duo, giving fans an insider glimpse.

They also run a blog which offers advice on how you can have a home that looks a million bucks (literally) but without the price tag.

As if a successful  business, personal projects, and a thriving blog weren’t enough, the pair ventured into beauty last year, launching Al.ive Body, a body care range, which is thriving and featured heavily on the pair’s joint Instagram.

According to their website, the twins created the brand because  they “regularly struggled to source bathroom and kitchen styling products that complemented their finished projects, while also offering the product purity their clients expected.”

Family Life

On top of their solid handful of businesses, the pair are doting mums.

Alisa has Nate, 10, and Dash, who is almost six, and Lysandra shares two children Emerson, 11, and Cohen, nine, with ex-husband Ben who she publically divorced in 2014.

They recently launched Al.ive Body Baby, an offshoot of their brand inspired by their children and the need for quality kids skincare.

The sisters continue to offer design inspo and career advice (and some top-tier renovation memes) through their joint Instagram @alisa_lysandra

We can’t wait to see more of their stunning interior transformations and, undoubtedly, more equally as exciting business ventures.
