Former Bachelorette Sam Frost has resurfaced on Instagram after nuking her account earlier in October.

The 32-year-old disappeared from the social app following intense scrutiny from followers after she shared a bizarre rant about being unvaccinated.

Breaking down, the Home and Away actress claimed unvaccinated people were facing “segregation” from society. As expected, Sam copped backlash for her choice of word, especially given its historic racial connotations.

Now, she’s returned to the ‘gram with a flick of herself and her makeup artist. Yet in the boldest move of all — she hasn’t restricted the comments section.

“Freshhhh,” Sam captioned the golden hour photo on Wednesday.

Sam Frost’s Now-Deleted Statement

Before posting the glowing snap, Sam issued a statement on her Instagram story thanking her supporters.

“Thank you for the enormous amount of support and love over the past few weeks,” she penned, adding she received “thousands” of messages and emails.

“Incredibly grateful for my friends, family and work colleagues who held my hand through the storm, and loved me unconditionally.”

She ended the note with: “Kindness always wins. With all of my heart, thank you.”

But alas, the Insta story has already been deleted. Suspicious, non?

What Are Sam Frost’s Followers Saying?

Since posting her snap on the grid, Sam has continued to amass an outpouring of support.

“Don’t back down Sam,” one fan encouraged the star. “Integrity is everything. Don’t let anyone take your voice.”

Another penned: “Don’t let the haters drive you away again.”

“Sending you love and light.”

Aside from one comment — “#cancelled” — the post has been bombarded with fans echoing the same sympathetic sentiment.

What Else Did Sam Frost Say In Her Anti-Vax Video?

In the IGTV video, Sam revealed she felt that she was being treated as “less of a human” as a result of her vaccine status.

“I was really hesitant about doing a video or even speaking up about this sort of thing, but I feel like it’s getting to a point now in the world where there’s a lot of segregation, a lot of harsh judgment, and it’s taking its toll on my mental health.”

While she films Home and Away, Sam is currently living in NSW, where unvaccinated people are unable to enter hospitality venues (that’s bars, clubs, cafes, you name it) until December 1.

At the time the video was posted, that date was less than two months away. Hardly a catastrophic display of “segregation” if you ask us.

Sam then listed the various reasons people weren’t getting vaccinated before revealing she wasn’t vaccinated herself.

“I want to tell those people that feel like they’re getting separated from society – well, I’m not vaccinated, and there’s a reason why I’m not,” she said before explaining she’s opting to keep that reason private.

What Was The Public’s Response To Sam Frost’s Video?

Fellow Bachie alum Abbie Chatfield, a staunch supporter of the COVID vaccine, came out swinging in response to Sam’s post.

“So brave to ‘come out’ as putting yourself as an individual above your community because you listen to misinformation,” she sarcastically wrote to her own followers about the incident. “Another reality star bites the dust.”

Another user empathised with “nurses, doctors and frontline workers” who are being faced with people who continue to fail to put the health of themselves and their communities’ health first.

Now that she’s back online, can we expect Sam to comment on the current vaccine discourse again? Probably.
