We’ve already shared the glorious news that Georgia Love and Lee Elliott purchased a brand new (Bach) pad this week, but we didn’t know how much it really cost!
Originally, we were under the impression that they paid $1.38 million for their beautiful Melbourne abode, however, as reported in episode 114 of the So Dramatic! Podcast with Megan Pustetto, the house actually cost a cool $200,000 more!
How Much did Georgia Love and Lee Elliott’s House Really Cost?
According to real estate documents obtained by host Megan Pustetto, the pair splashed out a whopping $1.58 million on the four-bedroom East Hampton home!
“WE GOT A MORTGAGE!! I mean HOME!! WE BOUGHT A HOME!!!!” Georgia captioned a post on Instagram alongside a pic of the smiling couple — and, of course, the 33-year-old’s beloved cat, Pawdry.
Lee also posted a similar snap with the simple caption: “Adulting Mode: Activated.”
What does the Home Look Like?
In addition to four spacious bedrooms, the property features three bathrooms and a stunning living-dining area.
The couple is spoiled for choice when it comes to entertaining areas, too — their new digs also houses an envious alfresco kitchen complete with a sink, fridge, and BBQ, plus a covered deck area.
Known to throw a fabulous party (we’re still envious of Georgia’s 30th birthday bash) we can only expect that Georgia and Lee will throw some legendary celebrations in the future!
Their main ensuite is also to die for, with a spacious shower and drool-worthy bathtub that’s just begging to be used.
