Ryan Carmichael is hoping to sweep Brooke Blurton off her feet on The Bachelorette Australia 2021.

We don’t know much about the 29-year-old plumber yet, but he might just be the perfect match for our Bachelorette thanks to their core family values!

“I am family orientated, supportive, and protective of the ones I love,” he says. In his contestant bio on 10Play, he adds: “I am very accepting and understanding.”

Ryan also has a passion for fitness, having played football in the past, but he was sidelined due to a knee reconstruction. As a result, the gym-loving plumber “like[s] to keep fit and healthy”.

His Instagram is also studded with snaps of him doing various outdoors-y things, from playing golf to kayaking.

Based on his bio, it appears Ryan is very confident and knows what he brings to the table in a relationship — he lists support, honesty and family values as his main drawcards.

He also noted that “physical touch is [his] love language”! We stan a man in tune with his feelings!

Is Ryan The Bachelorette 2021‘s Villain?

Don’t be fooled by Ryan’s nice-guy persona, because rumour has it he has the potential to be this year’s Bachelorette villain!

In episode 113 of So Dramatic! With Megan Pustetto, one insider source said that “Ryan is the drama-maker this season”.

“He is very straight-up and brutally honest,” they revealed. “He had no filter.”

The source added: “He had zero f*cks and just said whatever he felt on-camera… so they will probably turn him into the villain.”

We can’t wait for what hopefully is another C-bomb scandal — grab the popcorn and move over Steph Lynch!

Will plumber Ryan plunge into a relationship with Brooke at the end of the season? Find out on Wednesday and Thursday nights at 7:30pm on Channel Ten and 10Play.
