Australian singer and actor Holly Valance appears to be making her return to the small screen after landing herself a role on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills!
The exciting news was revealed by international celeb sleuths Deux Moi on Thursday, who shared a spicy tip-off about Holly they had just received.
It read:
“Subject: New BH Friend Of.
“Holly Valance is supposed to be joining RHOBH this season as a friend of Dorit [Kemsley].
“It’s definitely going to be interesting as she was a known singer/actress before marrying her BILLIONAIRE husband Nick Candy.
“They’ve kept it under wraps as this is going to be her return to the spotlight. ANON please!”
OMG! Please reality TV gods let this be true!
Now take it with a grain of salt if you may, but Deux Moi is pretty much on the money – pun intended – when it comes to their intel.
Who is Holly Valance?
Holly first shot to fame at just 16 playing Felicity ‘Flick’ Scully on Aussie soap Neighbours in 1999.
She became a household name, and quit the show a few years later in 2002, to pursue her music career — releasing the successful 2002 single ‘Kiss Kiss’, an English language cover version of Turkish singer Tarkan’s ‘Şımarık’.
Two albums later, the now 38-year-old gave up on music and decided to move to the US to pursue her acting career there. She had a recurring role in Prison Break and also starred in episodes of CSI: Miami, Entourage, CSI: NY, Moonlight, Shark, Valentine and Agatha Christie’s Marple.
But by 2011, Holly had basically gone off the radar. She then married Nick Candy – a billionaire English property developer — in 2012. They married in Beverly Hills alongside 300 of their family and friends.
The couple welcomed their first child, a daughter named Luka Violet Toni Candy, in November 2012. They had a second daughter, Nova Skye Coco Candy, in September 2017. The family currently live in London but they also own a home in the US which is where she will no doubt be filming scenes for RHOBH.
