Not to be dramatic, but we would lay down our lives to ensure bisexual queen Brooke Blurton finds love on The Bachelorette Australia 2021.

In a brand new teaser trailer, Channel Ten unveiled that October 20 is the official start date for Brooke’s history-making journey and WE. CAN’T. WAIT!

Fans of Bachie franchise will remember the 26-year-old from her debut on Nick the ‘Honey Badger’ Cummins‘ season of The Bachelor, when she publicly came out as bisexual during the season. Brooke, a proud Noongar-Yamatji woman, will also be the first Indigenous lead in the reality dating show’s history.

In the clip, which was dropped on Tuesday night, we were also given an official glimpse into the men and women vying for Brooke — and each other’s — hearts.

The Contestants Can’t Keep Their Paws Off Each Other!

Yep, you read correctly! By the looks of the new promo, sh*t goes down when the youth worker’s suitors shy away from a relationship with the Bachelorette. Instead, they appear to hook up with each other!!

“I knew coming into this experience that there might be a possibility that guys and girls might have an attraction with one another,” Brooke said in the trailer, before we can see two people holding hands.

A contestant also weighs in on the drama, revealing that there’s “one guy in [the mansion] who deviated away from wanting to get to know Brooke.” Interesting… *sips tea*

The youth worker can also be heard mentioning “alarm bells” and “lies” before we get a glimpse of a tension-filled cocktail party. DRAMA!

Who Are Brooke’s Suitors?

Start organising your office pool and place your bets on who is going to ultimately win Brooke’s heart, because good Lord, are they a good-looking bunch of contestants.

We don’t have any official word on who these lookers are, but here are some pics from the trailer to keep you intrigued for the time being.

A Returning Bachelor Alumni In The Mix

In an earlier trailer for the upcoming season, we also recognised one very familiar face.

Jamie-Lee Dayz was also a contestant on the Honey Badger’s season, and she’s making the Bachie rounds again in the race for Brooke’s heart.

While rumours swirled that Brooke and Jamie-Lee struck up a romance in the mansion in 2018, the pair denied anything of the sort.

Not long after she left the show, Jamie-Lee admitted in an exclusive interview with Now To Love that she was “a little disappointed” about the rumours considering she was back in a happy relationship with her ex-girlfriend at the time.

“The assumption that every bi-sexual woman must be together.  Like, if there’s two bisexual people in a room, they must be together,” the venue manager said.  “I think that’s such a backwards assumption.”

But will love prevail for the pair during this surprising reunion? We are dying to find out!

Following The Bachelorette casting announcement back in May, Brooke expressed her excitement in the lead-up to filming.

“Love comes in all forms, and I think this season you’re going to see that and I think it’s going to be really beautiful.”

UGH.  We can’t wait to follow our First Nations Queen to the ends of the earth, wine in hand.

The Bachelorette Australia 2021 begins on Wednesday, October 20 at 7:30pm on Channel Ten and 10Play.
