After weeks of tacky Down Under themed promos, Love Island Australia has finally introduced us to the hot singles looking for love in 2021!
The third season of Love Island Australia is slated to premiere on Monday, October 11 and we just know you’re dying to get your hands on any info about the chiseled contestants —and boy, do we have the scoop for you!
From self-confessed dorks (yawn!) to outgoing rugby players, keep scrolling to meet this year’s Islanders!

Chris is giving us young Rob Lowe vibes and we are HERE. FOR. IT.
This Sunshine State riot squad officer is taking no prisoners when it comes to Love Island, claiming his one motivation for going on the show is to find true love. Chris is said to be a romantic with a sense of humour and values loyalty, as well as a woman who can match him in his love for fitness.
The former stripper’s tagline reads, “Being good looking is a curse. Watch out ladies, it’s game on,” — but honestly, having him wave a red flag would’ve been just as effective!

Despite having been a successful beauty queen both in Australia and the US, Rachael ~iS nOt LiKe OtHeR gIrLs~.
A self-confessed “absolute dork”, the 21-year-old loves Star Wars, Harry Potter and LEGO and is looking for a guy who shares her passions. She also hopes her potential future partner values fitness and having a good laugh!
Maybe she would have been better off applying for Beauty and The Geek?!
She’s also a prominent TikTok personality, amassing over 320,000 followers, while also boasting 26,000 onlookers on Instagram! Yet don’t be fooled by the way she looks — Rachael says she’s an “old soul at heart”.
Well, safe to say we think we’ve found Love Island Australia 2021‘s resident Pick Me Girl!
Dubbed ‘The Intimidator’, Jess is worried that she’ll rub the other women in the villa up the wrong way, but rest assured — she isn’t prepared to change who she is to fit in.
The 23-year-old is eager to find a man who makes her laugh and only has eyes for her, while still embracing her independent nature. Sounds easy enough, right?
In her promo clip, Jess tells prospective partners: “I’m not just a prize to be won, once you’ve got me you need to keep putting that effort in, otherwise you won’t keep me.”
Claiming that she says and does as she wants, we know Jess won’t let anybody stand between her and the man of her dreams.
We just know Taku is going to be the life of the party (and the villa) once Love Island begins, with the 24-year-old dubbing himself an ‘extrovert’. The Zimbabwe-born rugby player is searching for a woman who understands and enjoys his boisterous personality.
Taku is pegged to be the ‘naughty boy’ of the season, but like his fellow contestants is in it for the long haul and searching for love.
He apparently also has a Youtube fragrance channel which he started during lockdown, so you just know he is going to smell goooood.
