Married at First Sight season 7 stars KC Osbourne and Michael Goonan will be starring on the upcoming season of UK reality TV show Ex on The Beach. It turns out that they weren’t the only Aussie MAFS couple approached for the series!
Aleks Markovich tells So Dramatic! that she was also cast, alongside her on-screen husband Ivan Sarakula!
Commenting underneath the outrageous video of Michael Goonan carrying on in Spain after his eviction from the show on the @sodramaticpodcast_ Instagram page, she said that she declined the offer.
“Lol yet I said no to filming because a) people like me aren’t even seeing their families within Australia,” she said. “And b) I couldn’t stand to be on another show with Goonbag who is always on the nose b***s and doesn’t make sense whenever he talks. Eye-roll emoji.”

Aleks then said that because she declined, her ex Ivan wasn’t able to do the show without her.
“Can’t be an ex on the beach without the ex (laughing face emoji),” she explained. “I think I’ll stick to normal life. I ain’t chasing the clout like Goonan and KC are!”

What Happened To Aleks and Ivan After Married at First Sight?
In January, Aleks was asked about her split with Ivan during an Instagram Q&A.
A fan asked Aleks if she would consider a reconciliation with Ivan and she said they were unlikely to get back together back remain close friends.
“Ivan and I are two completely different people. We are civil and he will always be someone I respect for giving me his time in the experiment,’ she wrote. “I wish him all the very best in life forever and always.”
The former couple announced their (not surprising) split in April last year, revealing they had actually broken up two months earlier, in February.
Our values, wants, needs and lifestyles didn’t align, and that’s okay. I wish him nothing but the best,” Aleks wrote on Instagram at the time.
“Please respect my privacy on the matter as just like anyone out in the “real” world, some relationships just don’t work out.”
Meanwhile, Ivan said there was no animosity, describing their TV marriage as “magical.”
What is Ex on the Beach And Why Are Married at First Sight Stars On It?
As revealed in episode 75 of So Dramatic! With Megan Pustetto, Michael was set to appear on Ex on the Beach and joining him were his Married at First Sight alum exes Stacey Hampton and KC Osborne!
Stacey had to pull out of the series after she was involved in a criminal matter where she was facing fines of up to $20,000 and two years jail time for breaching COVID restrictions!
Married at First Sight alum Jessika Power was also approached for the series. However, she ended up turning down the opportunity because she had found herself a man in rapper Filthy Fil (who she has since split from). Not to mention, a better opportunity came to her: Big Brother VIP.
