Married at First Sight Australia’s Jo Todd has lost her hairdressing job of 12 years after refusing to get vaccinated.

Taking to her Instagram on Thursday, September 23, the reality star posted a video sharing the news with her “regular clients”.

“Just letting you know I won’t be going to be back to that shop anymore,” she admitted.

“I never thought I would lose my job over a vaccine but the positive thing is I’ve set up my own barber space so anyone I used to cut or anyone who isn’t getting the vaccine, please hit me up, message me and I’ll be happy to cut your hair.”

The MAFS star then revealed that she is happy to take both the “vaccinated or the unvaccinated”.

“So please send me a message and I look forward to seeing you again,” she said.

Her followers were quick to blast her, with one saying: “Could you not just get vaccinated…?”, while another wrote, “No sympathy whatsoever.”

“Yet she pumps her lips and face with injections but won’t get the vaccine,” another follower who went for the jugular said, while another agreed: “Bleaching your teeth to the nth degree? Yeah, nah, that vaccine is dangerous.”

Jo lives in Victoria, where Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews announced that hair salons will be able reopen for the fully vaccinated once the 70 per cent vaccination target is reached.
