A far cry from Home and Away’s Summer Bay, actor Isabelle Cornish is just one of 18 celebrity recruits going head to head with SAS Australia’s tough conditions in Sydney’s Blue Mountains.

As the younger sister of Aussie starlet Abbie Cornish, the 27-year-old was almost destined to be in front of the camera, learning her craft in drama classes and taking lessons in runway modelling from as young as four-years-old.

Isabelle got her first big break in 2012 when she joined the cast of Home and Away as Christy Clarke before booking the role of Vicky in the famed TV iteration of Puberty Blues

She then followed in the footsteps of many Aussie actors before her, making the big move to the US to pursue international projects, but in a turn of events, didn’t land any gigs for several years until she crossed over into the famed Marvel universe in 2017, playing Crystal in the short-lived Inhumans television series.

She has since returned to Australia to film the latest Liane Moriarty book-turned-television series Nine Perfect Strangers, in which she acts alongside multiple Aussie greats, including Nicole Kidman and Asher Keddie.

Though Isabelle keeps relatively private about her personal life, it’s understood that she is currently in a long term relationship with graphic designer Mitch Revs, who she has been dating since 2012. The actor opened up to The Daily Telegraph in 2014 about the relationship, revealing the pair both grew up in Newcastle, NSW and met through family friends.

Isabelle is joined on the second and latest season of SAS Australia by a number of famous and controversial names in the likes of Sam Burgess, Alicia Molik and Brynne Edelsten, who are all whipped into shape by former Special Forces soldier Ant Middleton and his Directing Staff (DS).

Catch Isabelle on SAS Australia 2021 on Channel 7 and 7Plus.
